From Portland, travel in comfort and style in the 1945 Chevy School Bus to Hood River. There you will board the Scenic Mt Hood Railroad for a relaxing 1 1/2 hour ride through the famous fruit orchards of the Hood River Valley. The bus will meet up with you in Dee where we will exit the train to explore a few of the boutique wineries nestled among the orchards as we work our way back to Portland.

PORTLAND TO HOOD RIVER
We will travel up I-84 through the scenic Columbia River Gorge, pointing out sites of interest on our way to the windsurfing capital of the lower 48 states, Hood River.
HOOD RIVER TO DEE
In Hood River you will board the Mt Hood Scenic Railroad for a relaxing 1 1/2 hour ride. Glimpse magnificent views of Mt Hood and Mt Adams as you travel through the famous fruit orchards of the Hood River Valley to Dee, former mill town and now future home of the Carousel Museum and resort.
DEE TO THE WINERIES
In Dee, we will pick you up and venture on to the wineries. We will first stop at the Phelps Winery set in the middle of a beautiful golf course for lunch and a wine tasting. From there we will visit a couple more wineries tucked in among the orchards before traveling back to Portland.
