* PIR, Winter Wonderland Christmas Lights (optional, in exchange for one of the others listed above.)  The wait time to get in and drive through can take up to 1 to 2 hrs before Christmas. especially on weekends.

Tours start Dec. 15th thru Dec. 30th.

GROUP SIZE: Min 6 – Max 20

Pick up location:. Holiday Park, next to Lloyd Center and the Max Stop to Clackamas Town Center or Beaverton Town Square.  (Private parties can picked up at a designated address.)

Time:  5:30 pm

Grotto entry fees:  It would be Christmas without a trip to the beautifully lit Grotto.  They even have an animal petting barn for the kids. Adults $12.00, Senior and Military $11.00, Age 3-12 $6.00.  (*payable to the Grotto upon entry.)  You will have 45 minutes to explore the lights.

Peacock Lane:  See a street of story book homes turned into a story book lane all lit up in festive lights at Christmas.  What better way to get into the holiday spirit.  Expect 15 minutes plus wait time.  First three days Peacock lane is open is for walking only, in which case, I will drop you off at one end of the street and pick you up at by the Walgreens.

The Victorian Belle Mansion:  Enjoy exploring the grounds of the million lights spectacle of the Victorian Belle Mansion on 2.5  decorated acres.  Expect a 30 minuet wait time.  There is a cover charge, payable to The Victorian Belle Mansion.

*PIR option:  This is a drive threw Christmas experience.  See the 12 days of Christmas all lit up and more.   Expect up to 1 to 2 hour plus wait time before Christmas.  If everyone agrees as a group, you may substitute PIR in lieu of the the other options.
