THINGS YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR:

-The weather. Be sure to wear clothes that are appropriate for the weather on the day of the tour, such as hats, raincoats, etc..;

-If any hiking is involved, such as visiting the waterfalls, wear comfortable shoes;

-Depending on the tour, make sure you have either cash or a credit card for items not included in the price of the tour.

ABOUT THE TOURS:

-All tours will have a “to be determined” pickup time and place within a 10 mile limit from downtown;

-One payment in full is required for the entire group at the time of booking;

-Travel time may vary, depending on weather, road conditions, and traffic;

-Water and snacks are supplied on the bus;

-Look over the tour descriptions carefully, since the details vary from tour to tour as to what is included.

ABOUT THE BUS:

-Extremely comfortable seats;

-Looks beautiful inside and out with attention to details;

-Amazing sound system;

-Updated running gear for reliability with a Cummins diesel engine;

-Two heaters for cold weather;

-No AC, but all the windows open and it stays very comfortable except on occasional extremely hot days. The roof is insulated;

-Seat belts;

-Not wheel chair accessible;

-No restroom;

-Comfortable ride.

TOUR OR EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

-24 hrs. for groups of 10 or less

-48 hrs. for groups over 10 people

-72 hrs. for the Mt Hood Rail Road Tour

Because of tour logistics, cancellations with less notice than the above are non-refundable. If a trip is canceled for any reason by The Vintage Tour Bus Co., you will be refunded in full, or rescheduled if you choose, depending on the bus’s availability.
